All of you sing a birthday song in unison. The children are already exploring all our exciting play options. At the end, we’ll do the tidying up as well as the cleaning for you.

If your desired date is not available in the selection, it has unfortunately already been taken. In that case, we can only ask you to look for a possible alternative date. Thank you very much.
We are making a small exception for a birthday party and allow you to bring a birthday cake. However, in this case we charge a consumption fee of 20 euros.
Unfortunately, the number of our tables is very limited – and we also want to do justice to our walk-in customers. We therefore charge a guaranteed sales fee for adult guests. If you are planning with a larger number of adults, we would therefore ask you to contact us in advance. That way we can find a solution together. Thank you very much.
The components of the bookable birthday packages are only intended for the children. Delicious coffee, waffles and cake for the adults are available from us at the counter.
For birthdays, we already decorate the children’s café with colourful decorations. We decorate the tables with colourful plates, cups, napkins and balloons.
You are welcome to add to our decorations and bring additional table decorations or balloons directly to the birthday party. Or you can bring the additional decorations to the café one or two days before the birthday. We will then be happy to incorporate them directly.
If you have any colour preferences for the birthday table decorations, please let us know. We will then try to fulfil them.
Unfortunately, you can’t freely choose the time slots when booking. We have a time slot for birthday parties in the morning and in the afternoon. That’s why we can’t usually change the specified times.
We can only customise the date during the week. Please get in touch with us!
Many dates for birthday parties at the weekend are booked around 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, your preferred date may therefore already be booked.
Alternatively, birthday parties can also be organised during the week. In that case, we can plan the start of the party individually – and it is usually a little quieter in the children’s café compared to the weekend.

Book now: If you celebrate as a private party in our Kreuzberg family café, you’ll be among yourselves. You have our premises to yourselves and are looked after by our staff. This allows you to fully enjoy children’s birthdays, christening parties and other family celebrations in larger groups.
Book your date now: Easily book your family party at Kreuzzwerg children’s café online using our online form. That way you can secure your preferred date in good time. During the ordering process, you can enter the initial details of your party – from the number of guests to the food you want. One week before your party date, we will discuss all the details with you.
Reserved birthday tables with decorations for your family celebration with children in Berlin-Kreuzberg are already great. But what if you could have the entire children’s café just for yourselves? We are happy to fulfil this desire for exclusivity when celebrating with children. Book the entire birthday location as a private party. We offer your birthday party space for up to 60 people. Celebrate your party with children at Kreuzzwerg for either half a day (3.5 hours) or the whole day (8 hours). Other lengths of time are possible by arrangement. If you wish, you are welcome to bring an entertainer to the party.

You Can Easily Book Your Private Party Online
As a private party you enjoy our full service:
- You can easily book your baby party as a private party online via this page. (Please note that booking is only possible online.)
- One week before your baby party, we will discuss all your individual ideas with you personally – so that your family party with children will be a great success.
- You pay a deposit before your party – either directly with PayPal when booking or within a few days in cash on site. You pay the rest at the end of the party.
- On the big day, just come to our family café and enjoy your individual celebration as a private event.
If you book the café as a private party, we close it for all other guests. This means that we lose turnover. The agreed minimum turnover of € 750.00 is therefore made up of € 300.00 for room hire/staff costs and € 450.00 for catering/drinks. If your expenses and costs are higher than the calculated sales guarantee price, an increased final invoice may be issued.
