Yes, you may bring a birthday cake as a small exception to our usual rules. A €20 cake fee applies for place settings, cleaning and service.
Yes, we offer allergy-friendly cakes – e.g. vegan, free from animal products and nuts. If you have specific intolerances (e.g. gluten, lactose, nuts), please contact us. We’ll assess your needs and work together to find a suitable solution for your special day.
Yes, adults accompanying children are welcome. However, due to limited table capacity, a €6 per adult sales guarantee applies. If you plan to bring many adults, please inform us in advance so we can find a suitable solution. Thank you.
No, the birthday packages are exclusively for children. Adults may purchase coffee, cake, or waffles at the counter – freshly prepared and delicious, of course.
Yes – our children’s café is already equipped with colorful birthday decorations: plates, cups, napkins and balloons.
You’re welcome to add your own table decorations or additional balloons. Alternatively, bring them one or two days before, and we’ll incorporate them.
If you have color preferences, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Birthday parties are held during fixed time slots – one in the morning, one in the afternoon. Weekend bookings cannot be scheduled freely.
During the week, we’re more flexible: contact us for individual time requests, and we’ll see what’s possible.
Especially at weekends, many dates are booked 4–6 weeks in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
Tip: Weekdays are quieter and offer flexible start times —perfect for those who prefer a more relaxed celebration.

This is how your exclusive family celebration with us works:
- Online booking: Book your party directly here on the website. Bookings can only be made online.
- Personal preliminary talk: About a week before the date, we will coordinate all the details with you – so that your celebration is a complete success.
- Deposit & payment: The deposit can be paid directly at the time of booking via PayPal or in cash on site within a few days of booking. The remaining amount will be paid on the day of the party.
- On the day of the event: Come and relax in the family café – we’ll take care of the rest.
Minimum turnover for closed parties:
For exclusive bookings, the café remains closed to other guests. The minimum turnover is:
- 3.5 hours: 400 €
- 8 hours: 800 €
Minimum spend includes €200 for room rental and staff, and €200 for food and beverages. Additional charges may apply if consumption exceeds expectations.
